This cause came on for trial this 23rd day of FEBRVARY
1981 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AI~'D ADJUDGED as follows:
I. DISSOLUTION OF ~L~RRIAGE: The r~arriage between the above
named persons be and the sane is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each oi them are hereby forever freed from the bonds cf matrimony
heretofore existing between the~ and fro~ the obligations arising therefror.-.
2. PROPERTY: The above named parties both agree that there is
no personal or real property to be divided.
