This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of FEBRUARY , 1981
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the pa~ties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as folZows:
1. DISSOI.UTION OF MARRIAGE : Tt~e m~irr iage between the a'.:o~ e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from tne bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arisir.g
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHRISTOPHER M. FLOYD, age (9) years
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
MICHAEL R. FLOYD and with reasor~ble visitation rights to the Resporxient,

3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
4. The above named parties both aaree that there is no per~onal or r~•al
oroperty to be divided.
