This cause came on for trial this 23rd day of FEBRUARY
1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and shou2d be dissolved, It is
thereupon
ORDfiRED AND ADJUDGED as fol low•s :
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE; The marriage between the

and she is hereby authorized tc ~ssume her former name of
K1~MELA JANE MOSHER and to use the same in all respecta as if
said marriage had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
