DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause caa-e on for trial the 23rdday of February 1961 , and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of ihis suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDEItED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and fron the
obligations arising therefrom. '
2. CUSTODY, Custody of CHRISTOPHER M. ERIKSEN, Age 14 years, BRYAN
:t. ERIKSEN, ~lge 12 years, and DANIEL L. ERIKSEN, Age 8 years,
minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, KAREN A. ERIKSEN,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, WILBUR M. ERIKSEN.
3. SUPPORT. CoAa-encing the 27tliay of February , 19 gl,
WILBUR M. ERIKSEN shall pay to KAREN A. ERIKSEN
the swn of s 300.00 , per month , for the support of the child(ren) named
