DISSOLUTION OF M~+RRIAGE
This cause came on for trial t;ie 23rd ddy vf February , 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evic3e~;ce,
fi,i~s and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wif e
noM• exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1_ n7~~ni,UTION OF MARRIAGE: The :narriaqe between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each bf them are hereby forever freed froi.. the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRANDI N. BROWN, born April 19, 1978,
Age 3 years
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, MARY
K. BROWN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 27th day of February , 19 81,
RONALD C. BROWN snall pay to MARY K. BROWN
the sum of S 200.00 per month • , for the support ~

4. PROPERTY: The Stipulated kgreement admitted into
