THIS CAUSE coming on for Fin81 Hearing and the Court having
ccnsidered the pleadings, testimony and evidence, ?.^.1 €ir.~?i~~ tti?3} i*
has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
that the marriage between the parties'hereto is irretrievably broken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in .the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOL•UTION OF MARRIAGE: That tne m~-~rriage between

and SARAH P~.AE WEST ,
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the b~nds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTRIIINING ORDER: EaCh of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harrassinq or annoying
the other, and the SherifFs of the State of Florida and their author-
ized deputies are ordered to enforce this Restrair~inc; Order witi~out
further ~rder of this Court.
3. CIiILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are minor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own real proi~ert;~ joir.tly and
do not own personal property jointly.
