Permanent and primary custody of the minor children of the parties
together with child support in.the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordere~ awarded tu the Wife, SARAH MAE WFST. The names
of said minor children being as follows: EPHRAIM WEST, R~NDY WEST and
LOUIS WEST.
Upon testimony by the Husband that the Husband makes $~ ~~ v~
per week, EPHRAIM WEST, be, and is hereby ordered awarded reasonable
visitation rights with said children and is further ordered to pay
child support in the amount of $~~~~ per child per ~~ -
That the child support payments which the Husband is ordered to ~~~
shall commence and beqin to accrue on the date that the Husband's
liability for payments under the supFort order rendered in case no.
1176, styled as SARAH MAE WEST v. EPHRAIM WEST, SR., noca oendinq in `d(~-
the Circuit Cour* of the Nineteen~h~Judicial Circuit in and for Saint
Lucie County, Florida, shall terminate. The Husband is further ordered
as additional child support to assist the parent havinQ custody in the
oayment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital and
orthodontical ex~enses. E~ch child support payment shall be made by
cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.40 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keeo the
Clerk inforr.~ed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and af the parties hereto is retained
for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judqments and Process as this
Court deems proner.
