awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child ren and is further
ordered to pay child support in ~he amoii~t of $30.00 per child per
week beginning on February 27, 1981 , and on the same day of each
respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further ordered as
~~dditional child support to assist the parent haviny custody in the payment
~~f all reasonable educational, medical, dental, t~ospital and orthodontical
~:xpenses. Each child support payment shall be Mad~~ by cashier's check, cash
or money order, to the Clerk of this Cnurt and shall be promptly remitted.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of 52.00 as statutory costs to
t~e added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the :aife
:~re ordered to keep the Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is retained for
the ~urpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process as this Court
:ic~ems proper.
5. AGR~EME~T: Triat the written Agreement hcr'e~ofore entered into and
«•xecuted by the parties and introduced into evidence, be, and it is hereby
~>rdered approved, confirmed and ratified and it is incorporated irto and
m~de a part of this Final Judgment and each of the parties is ordered to
~ully comply with each and every term, provision and ~ondition thereof.
