THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the pleadings, testimony and evidence, and finding that it
has jurisdiction of the subject matter and af the parties an~i finding
that the marri.age between the parties hereto is irretrie~-ably b~oken
and that a recoriciliation cannot be made between the narties, and th~
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereunon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOL.UTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
ARNOLD G. BOSSHARD
and LUCILLE T. BOSSHARD,
be, and the sa:~e is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the Conds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTRIIINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying
the other, and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their author-
ized deputies ar~ ordered to enforce this Restrai:~ing Order without
further ~rder of this Court.
3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are tw~o minor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own real propert}- jointly and
do not own personal property jointiy.
