Tt(IS CAUSE came on for trial the 23rd day of February,
1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
~the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husban3 and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGEi The marriaqe between
PATRICK MORGAN LEWIS and BRENDA DARNELLA LEWIS be, and the same
'is, hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obliqations arisinq therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: The custody of the minor child of the

~parties, SANDY D. LEWIS, is awarded to the Wif_e, BRENDA DARNELLA
LEWIS, with reasonable riqhts of visitation reserved to the
Husband, PATRICK MORGAN LEWIS, which shall include but not be
. limited to extensive visitation riqhts with the child durinq the
