3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 2nd day ot March, 1yt31,
.~the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of One Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($150.00) per month for the child, payable in cash or
money order on the 2nd day of. each and every month for the care
and support of said child, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars
(S150_~0) ner m~nth continuina until said child reaches the a4e
of eighteen (18) years.
Each payment of child support required to be paid
by the Husband to the Wife shall be made to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida, and by said
Clerk remitted promntly to BRENDA DARNELLA LEWIS. In addition
to said payments there is hereby assessed to the Husband the sum
of Two D~llars ($2.00) as statutory costs to be added to each
payment to the Clerk. A~1 payment,s shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are hereby
ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. STIPULATION: The St'ipulation and Aqreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. The Wife acknowledges receipt of One Thousand One
,~ Hundred Dollars (51,100.00) in the form of _ ~~rsr,"'~.
