This cause c~t~e ai for trial the 23rd day of Febn~ary, 1981~ and the
Ccxirt having given full consideratian to all the evidence, finds and deternunes:

This Caurt has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the realtion of tiusband and wife naa exists betw~een the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably brolcen and should be dissolved.
It is thereupal
QRDCRED AND ADJUDGED as follaas:
1. DIS90LlJrION OF MARRIA(£. The marriage between DON D. ND(kIEY, and
RETIA NrJOI~Y, be and the same is hereby dissolv~ed, and the parties ar:d each
of the~ are hereby forever freed fran the balds of matrimony heretofore existing
bet~aeen them and fran the obligatians arising therefrcm.
2. CU.SIODY. Custody of DO~AID EI7WARD ND()I~Y, minor child of the parties,
is hereby awarded to thP L~Tife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
the Husband.
3. SiJ~PORT. Cam~cing tttie 27th day of FebYVary, 1981, DON D. Nt70I~Y,
shall pay to RETIA NDOI~Y, the s~n of $35.00 each and every week for
the support of tt~e child nan~ed abave. ;

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Colnrt and by hir.i remitted
prcmptty to R~TIA M~OI~Y. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00
as statutary costs to be added to each payment r.lade to the Clerk. All pa}m.~esits
shall be made in cash, ma~-ey arder or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing addresses
at all times.
4. PROPFRTY. The Praperty Settlen~nt Ag~reement (Stipulatian) a~mitted
into evid~ence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to canply with the provisians thereof.
