FINAL JUDGNlENT
DISSOLUTION OF MI-'1RRIAGE
This cause i.ame on for trial the 23rd day of February , 1981
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
OR~FRE~ AND A~Jt1DGED as fol lows :
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JA~4ES CARROLI WETZEL
and BILLIE JEAN WETZEL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and t.~e parties and
each of them are hereby f~rever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
, 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DAWN MARIE METZEL and JUSTIN CARROLL WETZEL, the
two minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BILLIE JEAN WETZEL, with
liberal visitation rights reserved to JAMES CARROLL WETZEL.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 15th day of rebruary, 1981, JAMES CARROLL
WETZEL shall pay to BILLIE JEAN NETZEL the sum of S200.00 per month, per child, for
the support and maintenance of the minor children na~ned above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to BILLIE JEAN NETZEL. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each aayment made to the Clerk.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advis ed of,their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
