DISSOLUTION-OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having ~ome on for final hearing on the Wife's >~
Petition for Dissolution of Marria~e and the Husband having ap,reed to
the terms set forth herein the Court finds and determines as follows:
This Court has jurisdic.tion of the parties and the subject matter of
this su~t: the relati~nn ~f Nushanid artd Wife now exists between the
parties; that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between MARLENE HOWARD. Wife,
and EARL HOWARD, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
par.ties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between thern and from the obli~ations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor male child, to-wit:
EARL CLAYTON HOWARD, ~, d.o.b. June 1, 1973, is hereby awarded to
the Wife, with reasonable visitation ri~hts Rranted to the Husband.

3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT, Commencin~ on the ~ day ~

of ~ , 1981, the Husband will nay to the Wife the sum

of $25.00 each and every week for the support of the child named above. ;
Said child support oayments shall be increased each year. ~
on January 1, by the amount of $5.00 oer week. Child supnort shail
continue to be paid until such time as the child reaches majority,
marries or becomes self-supportinq. Each payment shall be made to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court and by him remitted pror.iptly to MARLENE
