statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in
effect.
4. OTHER CHILD SUPPORT. The Wife shall convey her interest
in the marital residence to the Husband forthwith and he shall assume
all.mortgage debts on said property and uay the same. In return the
Husband shall create a trust for the use and benefit and education of
the minor child of the parties. The Husband shall and he is hereby
ordered to contribute to said trust so that within six years of the
date of this Order the corpus of said trust shall amount to the sum of
$G,000.00.
S. DENTAL, MEDICAL AND SPECIAL CHILD SUPPORT. In addition
to the above-mentioned child support~ the N~ssband shall, and he is
hereby ordered to, pay one-half of all dental, medical, speech and
language therapy costs and expenses incurred for the purchase and repair
of hearing aids and any necessary and proper tuition for the schoolin~
of the child of the uarties who has a snecial need for such items.
The 4,'ife shall, and she is hereby ordered to, pay one-half
of all dental, medical, speech and lanRuage therapy costs and exoenses
incurred for the purchase and repair of hearin~ aids and any necessary
and proper tuition for the schoolinR of the child of the parties.
6. PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Wife is hereby awarded the Husband's
interest in the 1975 Lincoln Continental and the Nusband, shall and he is
hereby ordered to, sign the necessary documents to convey his interest
in said automobile. The Husband is hereby awarded the Wife's interest in
the 1970 Chevrolet truck and the Wife shall, and she is hereby ordered

to, sign the necessary documents to convey her interest in said truck.
7. OTHER PROVISIOIvS. The Wife shall be entitled to declare

the child as her dependent on future incor.ie tax returns.
The income tax return for the year 1980, which was filed
jointly by the parties, shall be split evenly between the parties.
