DISSOLL'TION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of February,
19 81 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife nok• exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. 1t is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
' 1. DISSOLUTION OF *tARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed fram the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obli€ations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of LASAUNDRIA ~'. GLENN, age 9, born
February 19, 1971, .
minor.child(ren) of the parties, is heredy awaraed to Petitioner,
PATRICIA A. GLENN, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to Respondent, CLARENCE GLENN.
