This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of February
19 81 , and the Court having given full consideration Co all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of,the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that th2 relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon ~ .
ORDERED AND ADJLTDGED as follows:
~~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF "1ARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
I'~ named persons be and the sar.~e is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of r.latrimony here-

2. CUSTODY: Custody of ;

minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner,
VICKIE L. JOHNSON with reasonable visitation rights

3. SUPPORT: Corunencing the 27th day of February ~ 1981 ~
THURSTON M. JOHNSON shall pay to VICKIE L. JOHNSON
