TFIIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the former
Nusband, LEONARD WASHINGTON'S Motion For Contempt and the former
Wife, GERALDINE WASHINGTON'S Motion For Modification, and the
Court having considered argument of counsel, upon consideration,
it is thereupon,
URDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said Motions shall be
consolidated and a hearing shall be set as soon as practicable
before the Honorable Judge G. Kendall Sharp, this Court lacking
jurisdiction pursuant to the case of Patterson v. Patterson, 348
So.2d 592.
