THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the 13th day of
January, 1981, on all pending motions, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, HOWARD J. BEVILLE, be, and he is
hereby, ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney, Errol S. Willes,
fPPC in thP a~t~imt Qf S7~Q.nn anr~ rnetc in thP amn»nt nf ~$Q3.2ns
within thirty days from the date hereof.
2. That the alimony award to the Wife in the amount of
$200.00 per month is made permanent~ and the Husband shall
continue to make such alimony payments until the re~arriage or
death of the Wife.
3. That the parties own an un~ivided one-half interest
each in and to the foliowing described property situated in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
From the NE corner of the E~ of the NW; of the NE4 of
the SW~. of Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
run South 153.13 feet for point of be_ginning; thence
run West 247.87 feet to the East right-of-way of the
Turnpike, thence run Southeasterly on said right-of -way
526.22 feet, thence run East 113.94 feet, thence run
North 506.87 feet to point of beginning.
4. That the above-described property cannot be parti.tior~ed
~ithout prejudice to the parties and is`not capable of division
in kind.
S. That the above-described property be sold by the Clerk

ANDCOBB of this Court in the same manner as provided in mortgage fore-
