notice of this sale shall be advertised in the local newspaper on
two occasions, to-wit: June 12, 1981 and June 19, 1981 ,
6. That each of the parties may become a purchaser at

7. That the parties shall each advance one-half of all
costs in connection with this sale and all costs including
the sale, and in the event that either of them is the highest
bidder, then such party shall deposit one-half of the amount of
the bid with the Clerk of rhe Circuit Court and shall, when dis-
tribution is made under order of the Court, deposit with the
Registrar of the Court such sum as the Court may order to pay the
purchaser's respective share of all costs and fees incurred in
this course.

8. That the Court reserves jurisdiction for determining
and awarding attorneys' fees in this cause, after the sale as
hereinabove provided is confirmed.
9. That upon hearing for confirmation of the sale, the
Court shall further determine any special equities that exist
to the rights of either party in the division of the proceeds of
the sale.
10. Thereafter, this Court shall confirm the sale as

herein provided and shall direct the Clerk of the Court to issue
a deed in the manner provided by law; and thereafter each of
the parties, and any person claiming by, through or under them,
are forever barred and foreclosed of and from all right, title or
interest, claim or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever in and
to the property herein described, and the purchaser at the said
saie or representative or assigns of the purchaser, shall be let
into possession of the property.
