THIS CAUSE~ having come before the Ceurt~and the parties
having agreed upon the tcrms hereof,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. That the Father shall have the right to visit with the
children from 8:00 A.M., Saturday, ta 6:00 P.ri,, Sunday, on alternate
weekends beginning on Saturday, February 21, 1981. The Father shall
be reasonably prompt in complying with the ti~re requirements set forth
rerein .
2. The children may be picked up by the Father or at the
Father's written direction at the times of visitation.
3. Esch of the parties is enjoined and restrained against
harassment, embarrassment, threats of violence, follcwing, annoying, •
or otherwise interferin~ with each other, and ea~h party will coo~erate
to avoid the same b} other membe~s of their family and both parties
shall refrain from and avoid all manners of conduct other than to
prcmote the welfare of the children and to promote the ~ood feeling
of the children toward both parties.
