CLARIFIED FINAL JUDGMENT
OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion for Clarification
of Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court having examined
the Motion, having heard counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon ,
ORDERF.D AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Motion for Clarification of Final Judgment of the
wife, be, and is hereby oriier~d granted and the Final Judgment of Dissolution
of ~farriage rendered by this Court of January 12; 1981, be, and is hereby
ordered clarified as set forth in this Clarified Final Judgment of Dissolution
of Marriage.
2. That Paragraph 4 of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage be, and is hereby ordered clarified to read that the name of said
minor child referred to in Paragraph 4 is CORY JUAN LOPEZ.
3.~ That except as expressly clarified in this Clarified Final
~
Judgment of Dissolution of !•larriage, all of the provisions contained in the
Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage rendered by this Court on January
12, 1981, are expressly approved, confirmed and ratified.
