ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come to be heard upon the Motion of the
former Wife, Justine Cline, for Contempt/Enforcement and a
Restraining Order and it appearing to the Court that since the
filing of said Motion, the former Husband has brought the supnort
payments required to he made by him current and the former ~~Tife
has therefore withdrawn the Motion as to said su~port ~ayments,
and the Court having received testimony on the remaining portions
of the Motion of the former Wife, and being otherwise fully advisecl
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGF.D as follows:
1. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from harassing, bothering, molesting, threatening or otherwise
interferinq in the quiet enjoyment of life by the other party until
further order of this Court and upon presentation of a certified
copy of this Order and Complaint of either party, all and singular
sheriffs of the State of Florida, are r,ereby empowered to take the
offending party into custody for violation of this restraining order
without further order of this Court.
