CASE NO. 77-766-FR
IN RE: The Marriage of
BRYANT A. SUMMERLIN, Husband,
and
LINDA P. SUMMERLIN KEPHART, Wife.
STIPULATED ORDER
THIS CAUSE.having come before the Court upon the
Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt, both parties having been
represented by counsel and having stipulated to this Court to
the entry of this Order, and the Court bein4 otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, BRYANT A. SUMMERLIN, is found to
be in arrears on child support in the sum of $500.00, and he ~
shall pay an additional $50.00 each and every month on the
lst day of each month until the arrearage is paid in full.
Said payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court by cash,
money order or cashier's check. The Clerk shall promptly remit
said payment to the Wife, LINDA P. SUMMERLIN KEPHART. Both
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times.
2. Upon the failure of the Husband, BRYANT A. SUMMERLIN,
to make the above-mentioned payments on'the arrearage, the
Wife, LINDA P. SUMMERLIN KEPHART, or her attorney may file with
this Court an affidavit to that effect and a commitment order
sentencinq the Husband to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie
County Jail will be issue~ without further notice to the Husband.
3. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
