ORDER
This cause came on to be heard before the Honorable William G.
Tye, Acting Circuit Judge, on the Motion for contempt of C. R.
McQonald, Jr., Esq~i.rer on bPh~lf 4f FREr~nIF MA~ PRO~TORr and MaXk
Orr, Esquire having appeared on behalf of IJESTER PROCTOR, and the
Court being otherwise fu12y advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORnFRED AN~ ADJUQGED as follows:
1. The Husband, IJESTER PROCTOR, has filed to comply with the
terms and conditions of paragraph 2 of the Final Judgment entered in
the above-captioned case on December 24, 1980 in that he failed to
make payment of $270.00 to FREDDIE MAE PROCTOR, his former wife for
her maintenance•and support, which amount was due on January 1,
1981 .
2. The Husband has the ability to make the payments pursuan~
to said Final Judgment.
3. The Court determines that the Husband, IJESTER PROCTOR, is
in wilful contempt of this Court for his failure tc~ comply with the
terms of the Final Judgment and is in arrears in this payments to
FREDDIE: MAE PROCTOR in the amount of 5270.00.
4. The Court determines that a reasonable fee for counsel of
record for the Wife, C. R. McDONALD, JR., is the sum of $100.00 and
the Husbanc~, IJESTER PROCTOR, is hereby ordered to pay the same to
C. R. McDONALD, JR.
5. The Husband may purge himself by paying to the Wife,
FREDDIE MAE PROCTOR, the sum of S270.00 and to C. R. ONAL ,

the sum of $100.00 on or before the 23 day of 19 1;
and upon the filing of an affidavit as to nonpayment of the same
