6. In the event the Husband fails to surrender himself to the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida upon his failure to make such
payment as set out in paragraph 5 hereof, then all and singular the
Sheriffs of the State of Florida are ordered to apprehend the said
Husband, IJESTER PROCTOR, and deliver him to the Sheriff of St.
Lucie County, Florida to serve ~ 7 full days.
7. The Husband, IJESTE~ PROCTOR, may purge himself out of
contempt, after being incarcerated, by paying to the Wife, FREDDIE
MAE PROCTOR, the sum of $270.00 and to C. R. McDONALD, JR. the sum
of $100.00.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this
