COME NOW the undersigned attorneys and stipulate that
the above-styled cause should be continued and stricken from the
Court's Docket which has set the hearing of the above-styled cause
for February 23, 1981 upon the following grounds:
l. That the Respondent, GEORGE MARCELLOUS AYLOP., JR.,
was not served with the Summons for said hearing until February
19; 19A7,
2. That the Respondent has retained STEVEN R. McCAIN of.
the law firm of McCAIN AI~D LYNCN to represent him in this matter
on February 20, 1981.
3. That saici STEVEN R. McCAIN has prior committments
scheduled for the same date and time as the hearing.
