the estate. Petitioner's name and address is FREDERICK W. GLAESER,
105 Poinciana Drive, Gulf Breeze, Florida 32561, and the name and
address of petitioner's attorney is as set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, ISABEL D. GLAESER, whose last known address was
206 No. 21st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, whose age was 84 years
and whose social security number is 262-82-9373,died on February 7, 1981,
at Fort Pierce, Florida,•and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiary of this
estate, his address and relationship to decedent, and his age is as
follows:

died owning assets in this county.

the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of the decedent's
estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative
because he is the nominated personal representative in decedent's Last
