6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are as follows:
ASSET VALUE
The South 35 feet of Lot 10 and the North 30 feet of
Lot 11, Block 7, Floriana Park Subdivision, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book ~2, Page 7
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida: $15,000.00
Fractional Interest in Mortgages on Real Property: $6,950.QQ
TOTAL: $21,950.00
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated October 4,
1960, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that FREDERICK W. GLAESER be appointed personal repre-
sentative of the Florida estate of the decedent.

foregoing, and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my know-
ledge and belief.
