I, ISABEL D. GI.AESER, preaently residing in the City of Fort
Pierce, Florida, being of aound ar~d dispoaing mind and memory, and
being fully aware of the uncertainty oP this life, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be mq Laat Will anQ Testament, hereby
revoking all former Willa and COdicils by me at eny time hereto-
fore made.
I.
I hereby direat that all my debta, funeral and teatamentary
expenaea be paid by my ~cecutor, hereinaPter appointed, as soon
as conveniently may be after my decease.
II.
All the reat, residue and re~ainder of my eatate, both real
and peraonal, of whatsoever kind and nature, and wheresoever the
same may be situate, of Which I shall die aeized or posseased, or
to Which I may be in any wise entitled at the time ~f my decease,
I give, devise an3 bequeath unto my beloved huaband, FRIDERICK
aLAESER, to be his absolutely and in fee aimple. ~

3hould my said husband predecease me, or if he and I ehould
die simultaneouely as the reault of a common disaster, then and
in that event, all the reet, reaidue and remainder of my estat9,
both real and peraonal, of whataoever kir~d and nature, an~d where-
soever the same may be aituate, of which I ehall die aeized or
possessed, or to which I may in any wise be entitled at the time
of my decease, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved eon, ~
