ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The petition of Muriel Concannon, personal representative
of the estate of Gerald J. Concannon, deceased, for leave to sell
certain property, described in the petition, for the reason the lot
was purchased, the house designed, financed and built solely for
speculation and itr~~c~ia~~ saie in the course of deceuent`s business,
coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing to the court that it
is to the best interest of the estate that said property be sold at
private sale in accordance with the contract attached to the petition;
and the court being fully advised;
It is ordered and adjudged that the said Muriel Concannon,
as the personal representative of the estate of Gerald J. Concannon,
deceased, be, and she is hereby authorized to se1Z the following des-
cribed property in accordance with the terms of the contract attached
to the petition, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 505, Section 10, PORT ST. LUCIE,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12, page 49, 49-A through 49-G, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Further, it is ordered that the net proceeds of the sale
(being defined as those funds remaining after all costs of construction
have been paid and release of liens obtained~ including all costs
incident to the sale of the subject property) be placed in an interest
bearing estate account to be distributed at a later date, according to
law.
