4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a chanqe or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bindin~ upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assiqns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association Lo the sa~e ex-
tent and in ~he same manner as if the ~hiner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqaue and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and•that the above stated neN interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby conse~ts to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and
