that she is an officer of Abstract and Title Corporation of Florida,
and as such certifies vpon the closing between GEORCE BALAMACI (as seller)
and ROBERT and DOLORES YURKA, his wife (as buyer~ of the following
described property; as set forth in O. R. Book 328, page 1510, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 17, Block 1633, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION FIVE,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 12, pages 15A through 15E, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That on the date of sai~ deed said property was vacant and
unimproved, and that GEORGE BALAMACI did not reside on said property
nor on any property which is adjacent or contiguous thereto, and in
fact was and is a resident of Maryland.
Further affiant sayeth not.
