PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREA9, Gulf-~tlantic Investments of Fort Pierce, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor", by
indentures of mortgage and by certain mortgage modification agree-
ments bearing dates and recording data as follows:
(1) February 18,1972, O. R. Book 199, page 2268;
(2) October 6, 1972, O. R. Book 207, page 67;
(3)
, May 11, 1973, O. R. Book 214, page 780,
said recording references being as to the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; did grant and convey unto First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, hereinafter referred
to as "Mortgagee", the premises therein particularly described
to secure the payment of $360,000 with interest as therein mentioned;
and
WHEREAS, the successor in title to said Mortgagor has requested
the said mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described,
being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation
of said mortgages and mortgage modification agreements;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said mortgagee, in considera-
tion of the premises and of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it
in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor at the time of
the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mor~gage unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises
conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as follows:
All that part of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of ~ection 15,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, bounded on the South by
the 130-foot right of way for Virginia Avenue, on the East
by the 80-foot right of way for Oleander Boulevard, on the
North by the 50-foot right of way for S~uthern Avenue and
on the West by the 50-foot right of way for South lOth Stret;
LESS AND EXCEPT the South 259.64 feet tY.creof.
TO BAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto
the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage
and mortgage modification agreements, and every part thereof;
provided always, nevertheless, that nothing h~rein contained
shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien
or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgages or mortgage modification
agreements on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises,
not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies
of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said mortgagee has caused these
presents to be executed in its na~~e and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed by its proper officer thereunto duly authorized,"
