1 THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the ~?~ day of
iFebruarX,1981 and the Court having given full consideration
to all the evidence finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
~ithat the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
;~parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
~i .
;;irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGE as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JESSE
;;J. ARNOLD and SUE ARNOLD be and the same is hereby dissolved,

;~and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed

`;fram the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them

!iand from the obligations arising therefrom.

;I 2. CUSTODY: Custody of JASON MICHAEL ARNOLD born

`;~January 26,1974 and SUMMYR MELODY ARNOLD born July 5,1977,

j~minor children of the parties, is he~eby awarded to the

~~Wife, SUE ARNOLD, with liberal visitation rights
~Ireserved to the Husband, JESSE J. ARNOLD.
3. SUPPORT: Under the terms of the Property Settlement

~Agreement executed by the parties, commencing the first day
rof January,1981 the Husband, JESSE J. ARNOLD, shall pay the
Wife the sum of $400.00 each and every month for the support
,;of the minor children named above. The child support payments
i
~~shall be made directly to the Wife ~n bi-monthly installments
~
of $200.00 each due at the middle and end of each month, as
