FINAL 3UDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 24th day of February, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
?nd dete~-mines: Thys Court h~s jurisdictian of th~ parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between EVELYN I.
MEDVEDEFF and LOUIS R. MEDVEDEFF, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the ~onds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of JACQUELINE JUDITH MEDVEDEF'F and LILLIAN
ELIZABETH MEDVEDEFF is hereby awarded to EVELYN I. MEDVEDEFF, with rights
of visitation reserved to L(3UIS R. MEDVEDEFF, as is more particularly
described in the Stipulation and Property Settlement Agreement admitted
into evidence.

3. SUPPORT : Cammencing the ~ day of ~ ~ , 1981,
LOUIS R. MEDVEDEFF shall pay to EVELYN I. MEDVEDEFF, the sum of Fiity
Dollars ($50.00), per child, per week, for the support of the minor
children named above.
Each payment shal he made payable to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted prom . EDEE'F. - In addition, thert~v~
is hereb~ssessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory cost be added to
