FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of February, 1981
and the Court having given~full considerat~n to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subiect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties hereto; that the marriage
• between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is thEreupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this
Court against the Husband, TOM C. CHEATHAM, be and the same is ,
hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between TOM C. CNEATHAM and HENRIETTA
M. CHEATHAM be ancl the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
3. The Wife, HENRIETTA M. CHEATHAM,..is entitled to, and
is hereby granted the exclusive ownership and possession of the
furniture, furnishings and appliances now in storage with Mayflower
Moving•and Storage Company in Winter Haven, Florida and that the
Husband, TOM C. CHEATHAM, shall pay to Mayflower Moving and Storage
Company.the sum of $684.51 now due and owing to said company for
storage and save the Wife harmless therefrom.
