for, and pay to Babcock Furniture Company the sum of $750 being
the balance due on the furniture and furnishings now in storage
with Mayflower Moving and Storage Company, Winter Haven, Florida.
5. The Wife, HENRIETTA M. CHEATHAM is entitled to, and
is hereby granted the exclusive ownership and possession of the
R.C.A. console 1978 color television set now in the possession of
the Husband, TOM C. CHEATHAM, at his reside::ce in White City,
Florida. ~
6. The Wife, HENRIETTA M. CHEATHAM, is hereby granted
a lump sum alimony award of $13,707.60 to be paid by the Husband,
TOM C. CHEATHAM, to the Wife, in the manner following: $•a~~ an~
on Friday, February 27, 1981 and a like sum on Friday of each week
thereafter unt~il the full amount of $13,707.60 has been paid in
full.
7. The Wife, HENRIETTA M. CHEATHAM, be and she is hereb}-
authorized to assume her former name of HENRIETTA M. PIETY and to
use the same in all respects as if said marriage ~had not intervened.
8. The Court determines the sum of $350 to be a reason-
able fee for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and the
Husband, TOM C. CHEATHAM, is ordered to pay said sum to Errol S.
Willes, Esquire, together with costs herein assessed at $42.00.
9. Jurisdiction of .this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained for,the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
