LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA - CASE NO. 81 16 FR ~ FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOULTION OF NLARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for hearing this date and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject ma*_ter of this suit~ that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOULTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WARREN CHARLES WOLFE and BARBARA ANN WOLFE be and the same is hereby dis- solved and the parties and each of them are forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY. The Separation and Praperty Settlement Agreement a~mitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3. CUSTODY. Custody of WARREN CHARLES WOLFE, JR., minor child, of the parties, is hereby awarded to WARREN CHARLES WQLFE, with ~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to BARBARA ANN WOLFE. 4. JURISDICTION.
