DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 24th day of February,
1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter af this suit; that the relation
of husband and cvife now exists between the parties; and that the
m3rriage between the parties is irretrievablv broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GEORGE
GREGORY STEWART and CAROLINE M. STE~~ART, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, ar.d the'parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The Husband shall deliver possession of the
personal property of the Wife located in the residence of the
Husband, to the Wife.
3. RES'TORATION OF NAME. Caroline M. Stewart be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her maiden name of Caroline Hampton
Moose, and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further
orders as may be proper.
