3. Application o[ Paymenta. Unless applicable law pn-vides otherwise, all p:~ymen~s received by I.ender under the Note and
paragraphe 1 and 2 hereof shall be applied by I.ender first in payment of amounts payable to l~ender by t3orruwer under paragraph `l hereof,
