Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hereot or abandonment of the Property, I.ender shall be entided to heve a receiver appointed by a court w enter~upon, take poeeeaeion of and manage the Property and w collect the rente of the Property, including those pest due. Lender, at Lender's option wilhin twenty years from the date of this Mortgage, may make Fatun Advances to Bortower.
