WARRANTY DEED ~

LINCOLN H. COMSTOCK and RAYOLA COr~STOCK, his wife, the Gran-
tors, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable con-
siderations received from RALPH PATRICK COMSTOCK, the Grantee, whose
mailing address is 852 East 14th Street, Stuart, Florida, hereby on this 2`
day of February, 1981, convey to the Grantee the real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
