The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty 9eed acknowledges that
thia conveyance is sub~ect to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisiona of aIl of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Crantee acknowledges and agrees thac all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described above, ar~ security for his obligations as descrlbed in said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledgee and agreea
that eaid Declaratlon of Condominium and its exhibite and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the varranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Crantee of the land and real property deacribed above.
