THIS CAUSE come on to be heard upon Stipulation by counsel
for the parties hereto that the subject cause be stricken from the
County Court Docket to allow for the removal of said matter to the
Circuit Cour~, and the Court being advised of the premises, it is
therefore,
ORDERED AND AQJUDGED that this cause be stricken from
the Court Docket of February 24, 1981, to allow the removal to the
Circuit Court, Nineteenti; Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County, Florida,
at Fort Pierce., and the Clerk of this Court to transfer all files
herein to the Clerk of the Circuit Court pursuant to Florida Statutes.
