TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNs
Notice is hereby given that on the date of the filing of
this Lis Pendens, the Plaintiff filed suit against
WILLIAM A. MERRITT and MARIA L. MERRITT, his wife
the Defendant(s) herein,.to foreclose a certain mortgage on the
following deacribed property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block A, HARMONY
ESTATES, run East a distance of 152 feet for point of beginning;
thence turn and run North 135 feet, thence East 160 feet, thence
South 135 feet, thence West 160 feet to the point of beginning; said
property being a parcel of land lying in Lot 9, and the South 65
feet of Lot 8, Block A, HARMONY ESTATES, as recorded in Plat Book
8, Page 78, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said mortgage was recorded in Official Records Book 252 , page
2 56 3 , on May 26 , 19 7~; , in the Publ ic Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
