'i'he petitioner, EDWARD J. KENNEDY, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
Attorney for the ancilliary estate of the deceased.
Petitioner's name and address are, EDWARD J. KENNEDY, 8500
South Federal Highway, Port St. Lucie, Fla. 33452, and the
name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set forth
above.
2. Decedent, EVERETT RUSSELL BICKEL, whose last known
address was 115 So. Ritter Ave., Indianapolis, Indiana, and
if known, whose age was 82 and whose social security number
is 307-07-9669 died on February 14, 1979 at Indianapolis,
Indiana, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
Indianapolis, Indiana.
3. So far as is know, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
