Ancilliary Estate.
6. Domiciliary probate preceedings are known to be pending
in another state or county. Letters have been issued by
Probate Court of Marion County, Indiana to OTIS J. BICKEL
whose address is 6404 West llst, Indianapolis,Indiana.
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are:

8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner is
unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils•of decedent and for
bond to be waived.
Petitioner request that EDWARD J. KENNEDY, be appointed
personal representative of the estate of the decedent.
