The party of the first part, in consideration of inheritance under
the Last Will and Testament of Horst B. Heidebroek, deceased and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, her heirs and
assigns forever, the real pro perty in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
