ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard tMs 26th day of January, 1981,
upon the application of the Receiver for instructions in several areas, as
well as an application for additional compensation for himself; and it appear-
ing the Plaintiff was present through his counsel, John r.4cCracken; that
the Defendant Turtle Reef was present throuqh its counsel Hubert Lindsey;
and that the Defendants Kreis and Loveday were personally present and
reoresented by their counsel, Raymond Ford; and the R~ceiver was aresent,
as well as the accountant, Xavier Wahner; and it further appearing that due
notice of this hearing had been given to all parties to this suit by Receiver,
and the same did convene at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 1981, pur-
suant thereto, at the St. Lucie County Courthouse.
With all parties present and consenting, the following resnonses to
the request of the Receiver were made:
1. The Receiver is hereby authorized to pay, from funds available
to him, the sum of $698.00, representing a deposit held in his escrow accoiint,
the deposit having been made many months ago and not returned t~ the de-
positor, it being represented that the sum was due and owing.
2. The Receiver be and he is hereby authorized to ~.ay to M.P., Inc.
the sum of $9, 068. 67, representing past due premiums on healtti instirance
for the employees of Turtle Reef Associates and American Resort r4anagement.
